have always wanted to eat tastier and faster.So, they invented fast
food.There are both advantages and disadvantages of this method of
feeding.Let's begin with positive side of fast food.
The most important advantage of fast food is that it saves much time if you are busy.Modern people have little time for taking care about themselves.Businessmen and businesswomen want to develop their career as successful as possible,so they need to think about different projects,deals,negotiations with partners.So there is no time to digress from that,A further advantage of fast food is it is rather delicious.Teenagers almost every day spend their time in McDonalls.They are delighted with potato fries,hamburgers,cheesburgers and firm Coca-Cola.Moreover,fast food is more cheaper than eating in a cafe or in a restaurant.It is quite suitable for people who are fairly well off. But there are disadvantages of fast food.The greatest disadvantage of fast food is that it is harmful to our health.When we eat "cold food" our stomach ceases to operate normally and that's why the digestive system breaks.Furthermore,people who eat fast food very often are usually overweight.It is rather serious disease,because it is not always treated.Also,people who are overweight often not mobile and have problems with heart.Moreover,they didn't want to eat healthy food. To sum it up,I think we can eat fast food but in moderate quantities. | |
